ANJEER SHAKE :

INGREDIENTS :
Milk 2 glass
Figs 4
Sugar 4 tsp
Broken cashews 2 tsp
Broken almonds 2 tsp
Ice cubes 6 to 7

DIRECTION :
Soak figs in a cup of milk for 3 to 4 hours.Now blend it in blender by adding milk and sugar.Finally add ice cubes,half of cashews and almonds and again blend it untill quit foamy.Pour in glasses,garnish with remaining cashews and almonds & serve.

SESAME BARFI :

INGREDIENTS :
Sesame seeds 2 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Refined oil or ghee 1 tsp
Kewra assence 2 tsp
Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp

METHOD :

Dryroast sesame in a pan and grind it in a mixer after cooling it.Now put 1/3 cup water and sugar in a pan and make sugar syrup.Check syrup by putting a drop into water in a bowl.If drop is not dissolving in water,it is ready.Now add grinded sesame,kewra essence to syrup ,mix well,and set it in a greased plate.Garnish with pistachio,cut it in any shape you like.Now its ready to eat .

DAL VEG.KABAB :

INGREDIENTS :Chana dal 2 cup{soaked}
Ginger small piece
Green chillies 4
Garlic 5 to 6 piece
Cabbage 1/2 cup{grated}
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Green leafy onion 1/2 cup{chopped}
Soda 1 pinch
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

METHOD :
Grind soaked dal by putting ginger,green chilly and garlic in mixer grinder.Now add rest of ingredients and mix it well.Give shape of kabab and deep fry them.Serve hot with sauce or chutney.

RAVA HALWA :

INGREDIENTS :

Rava 2 cups
Sugar one&half cup
Some chopped dry fruits
Elaichi powder half tsp
Refined oil or ghee 3to 4 tbsp


METHOD :Heat oil or ghee in a pan .Add rava [sooji} and roast it till it turns into light brown colour.Now put 4 cup water,sugar,dryfruits and elaichi powder.Stir it continuously till it leaves the sides of pan.Now its ready to serve.

SESAME TOFFEE :

INGREDIENTS :

Sugar 2 cups
Sesame seeds 125gm

METHOD :
Heat a non-stick pan on gas.Lower the flame and add the sugar and allow it to melt completely on low flame.Add the sesame seeds and mix it well with melted sugar.Pour mixture on a greased wooden board and flatten it,allow it to cool.Store in air tight container and enjoy these as a dessert.

BADAM BARFI :

INGREDIENTS :

Almonds 1 cup
Milk 1/2cup
Sugar 1/2cup
Clarified butter 1 cup

METHOD : Soak the almonds overnight.Grind the almonds to a paste using milk.Heat the butter in a heavy bottomed vessel,add the almond paste and sugar.Keep mixing this mixture on low heat till it starts leaving the sides of the vessel.Remove from heat and spread on a greased tray and allow it to cool.After it cools,you can cut it out into desired shapes.

BREAD PAKODA

INGREDIENTS :
Bread slices 7 to 8
Besan 2 cup
Ginger garlic paste
Jeera powder
Chopped coriander leaves
Sodabicarb {1 pinch}
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


METHOD:

Cut bread slices into triangle shape.Prepare batter from besan by adding water in it.Put ginger garlic paste,soda,coriander leaves,jeera powderand salt in batter.Now dip each triangle bread in batter and deep fry them.Serve bread pakoda hot with sauce or chutney.
