Gujrati Vada

Ingredients:
1cup Besan
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2tbsp Sugar
1tbsp Fresh curd
1/2cup Chopped methi leaves
Oil for frying
Soda bi carb(1pinch)




Method:
Mix all ingredients except oil and make a batter using water.Batter should be medium in consistency. Heat oil in a pan and make round shape vada. Deep fry them. Serve hot with sweet n sour chutney.
